Simon Waugh is Managing Director, leading acquisitions, and responsible for creating and executing the investment strategy for all European investments.. Simon has over 25 years’ experience in the real estate sector including 23 years at Canary Wharf Group.
He was leading principle and involved in a wide variety of transactions including asset sales, acquisitions, and joint ventures of over £6billion as well as structured finance and debt capital market transactions in excess of £6.5 billion. He has significant experience in all aspects of the asset management process and across all major use sectors (Office, Retail, Logistics, and BTR). Simon graduated with B.Sc. (Hons) in Real Estate Management.
