Michael Webb is a Managing Director with 20 years of extensive real estate experience in development, leasing, and asset management in London and throughout the UK. He specializes in urban mixed-use development with an emphasis on F&B and leisure. Michael has worked with a number of the most significant landlords and developers in the UK on their leasing and real estate strategies.

Projects include Battersea Power Station, The Crown Estate, The Knightsbridge Estate, Ashby Capital, Helical Bar, and Shaftesbury Capital. Michael is co-founder of Distrkt, an award-winning UK-based F&B leasing consultancy with previous senior roles at JLL and CWM (previously CBRE). Michael has a B.Sc (Hons) in Real Estate Management.
