Peter Evans

Peter Evans is Managing Director and has over 30 years of real estate asset management and development experience. Prior to joining Akkord, Peter worked at Mark Capital Management (previously Meyer Bergman) in a senior role focusing on retail, office, and residential development and asset management on substantial projects in Ireland, Italy, Norway, and Central Europe. Peter has a longstanding interest in sustainability and is heavily involved in Akkords ESG strategy.
Prior to joining Meyer Bergman, Peter was a Director at Helical Poland, where he was responsible for developing several large retail projects in Poland.
Peter has an MSc in Real Estate and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
