Graham Kilbane

Graham Kilbane is Managing Director and has over 35 years of development and refurbishment experience throughout UK and Europe and has developed over 350,000 sq m of commercial and mixed-use projects. Prior to joining Akkord, Graham worked for several institutions including GE Capital and RBS. He has extensive experience throughout each stage of the development process from site acquisition and consultant selection, through to supervision of onsite construction teams.
All projects have achieved ‘very good’ or higher BREEAM ratings. Completed projects include major office buildings, shopping centres, residential and mixed-use projects. More recently he created specific densification plans for the transformation of retail assets into mixed use community centres with over 2500 multi- family residential units for rent. Graham has a B.Sc. (Hons) in Real Estate Management and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
